Fifteen years ago, I pulled an all-nighter on a press release with a globally known founders’ first company. By morning I'd become her right hand, a seat I held for six years inside the fast-moving chaos of building companies from the ground up.

That's the thing about me: give me a 100-point idea and a whirlwind of brilliant, scattered energy, and I'll hand you back a foundation.

I learned how that world runs. Now it runs for a better one.

Those years were the training ground. I went on to lead operations for startups and established companies alike, needing the kind of speed and structural overhaul most people flinch from, and eventually into the ultra-high-net-worth world, building private family offices from the ground up; operational foundations that still hold today.

It was an education few people get, and I don't pretend otherwise: I saw, from the inside, how wealth builds structures to protect and perpetuate itself. The systems are meticulous. The follow-through is total. Nothing is left to luck. And somewhere in those years, the question stopped being whether I could build at that level but who I was building it for.

I walked away with the blueprints. Today my practice exists to put them in different hands: leaders whose ambition is matched by their conscience, building organizations designed to share power rather than accumulate it.

Why I do this work now

I'm drawn to founders with heart; the conscious, wide-awake ones who care about the planet and the people on it, who see ten steps further than everyone else in the room and have stopped waiting for permission to say so. I believe, without cynicism, that vision built on genuine care for others is the kind that lasts, and I want my expertise working in service of that future, not against it. My role is to be the calm inside that storm: the structure underneath the brilliance, the person who turns "someday" into a functioning operation. I believe how an organization is run, how decisions get made, how people are treated, how power moves through it, is not the boring part of changing the world. It's the part that decides whether the change lasts.

What sets me apart isn't just the caliber of high-stakes operations I've run, it's how I run them. I bring a background in clinical psychology and trauma-informed practice into every organization I build, which means the humans inside the org chart are never an afterthought. Fair treatment, emotional intelligence, and genuine care for the team aren't philosophy for me, they're operating principles.

Off the clock

I'm a born-and-raised New Yorker, and I'll tell you without apology that the city's relentless pulse is the only frequency I've ever fully known, even as I'm just as at home in total stillness. I spend most of my time with my partner, our two kids, and our dog, and I treat nature's rhythms and cycles as the best management consultant I've ever had, running my life and my business accordingly.

I'm an advocate for rest as a strategy, not a luxury, and I’m convinced that a culture of relentless grinding is the enemy of real, lasting change. I cook, make art, meditate, and build community with people working toward a more equitable world.

And I've lived an unconventional life on my own timeline: my first tattoo came in my thirties, my children arrived at 37 and 43, I've hiked active volcanoes, I'll try almost anything at least seven times before deciding it's not for me, and I've sat with indigenous communities in the Peruvian Amazon to learn their customs and traditional medicines.

I'm an Aquarius rising, if you're curious. It tracks.

I'm the founder of a fractional Chief of Staff practice built for visionary, values-driven leaders who need real infrastructure behind real ambition.

Hi, I’m Kimberly Lisi.
